Principal’s Intent
 
Jacques Delors has rightly said that Education is based on the four pillars “Learning to be, Learning to Know Each other, Learning to Do & Learning to live and share together"
A Visionary Institute, DIET Bhola Nath Nagar, where we diligently follow the four pillars of education, endeavoring to groom our trainees into becoming wholesome personalities. Our trainees are trained in such a way that they in turn can guide and nurture the school students to understand the world around them, develop an openness to the knowledge of one's own and the others as that is what keeps them away from ignorance.

Pre Service Teacher training component is like “the abode of learning” influences the all round development of trainees. Our  practices & pedagogies are consistently reviewed to ensure that we are following the most updated  processes aligned  to NEP 2020.  We, also focus to overhaul Jeevan Vidya Shivir time to time to develop love, care, gratitude and supporting environment among trainees and faculty.

Our faculty consistently follows current trends and after brainstorming over the best plan of action, incorporate those trends and train our trainees to explore the possibilities in every individual child, hone their skills and  make them capable in pursuit of worthy goals in the service of the humanity and nation..

The other goal is to coordinate continuous professional development programmes effectively at district level. We, also facilitate scholastic sessions to teachers resonate to NEP 2020, so the intent of those sessions can be reached to each child, who is desperate for novel learning.  This is the way to maximize the potential of  teachers to do their work effectively and vibrantly.

In a team, we also follow research & material developments, which are useful for teachers and related to factors influencing students’ scholastic & co-scholastic achievements like competency-based learning, pedagogies--such as experiential learning, arts-integrated, sports-integrated, and assessments. Our breakthrough is all it will take to produce quality teachers.

The accomplishment of the institute responses in their placements. Our rigorous and focused training has achieved a milestone in the placement of our alumni in government as well as private schools. We, keep inviting our alumni in our institute to energize the current session trainees, so their enthusiasm may always stay at the sky during the training.
